These terms do not supersede statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act.
All products, product concepts and photography on this site were conceived by and are copyright Identity Papers unless explicitly stated as otherwise.
All intellectual property rights existing in my designs and products (and in the images, text and design of this website/marketing material) are and will remain the property of Identity Papers. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously.
2. Descriptions of Goods
Every effort is made to ensure that descriptions of goods are accurate. Slight variation in the actual goods may occur and whereas we do all we can to ensure images and colours are portrayed as accurately as possible slight variations may occur. It should always be remembered that representation of colours on computer monitors may not be relied on to be accurate.
All prices shown on this site are quoted in GBP and include VAT. Where any inaccuracies occur as a result of errors in information entry we are not obligated to honour these. Credit Card payments are securely actioned through Stripe.
We are happy to dispatch orders to you wherever you are. In the UK we use Royal Mail and UPS at our discression. If your location is not shown please enquire and we will quote for carriage, using our usual carrier, UPS, or an alternative that we consider most suitable
Dispatch is typically within 3 days for stock items. Bespoke items are made to order and naturally take longer. You will be made aware of our anticipated date of dispatch on receipt of order. Please take note of the comments made in item descriptions regarding production and design lead times.
5. Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with a purchase you've made from Identity Papers, then I am unhappy too, but please note that items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless faulty.
If you have an item you would like to return please notify me immediately and always within 14 days. Please tell me why you wish to make the return and whether you'd like an exchange or refund. I'll acknowledge your message. Please return the goods securely packaged and at your own expense using a registered service. If the goods are faulty Identity Papers will refund the postage, and exchange or refund the goods, as you prefer.
Please note that bespoke items that are as ordered are not eligible for return, nor are rolls of wallpaper that have been opened or hung.
6. Damage or Loss in Transit
I select delivery services that are known for their good service. Even so, a parcel will occasionally be damaged or lost. If your order arrives in damaged packaging , or fails to arrive within a day or two of the date expected please let me know straight away. If a parcel arrives in damaged packaging please do not accept it from the carrier. You should deal with this through the carrier, if possible, however if this is not practical please contact us immediately and retain all documentation and packaging to support any claim made against the carrier for recovery of losses or damage.
7. Retention of Title
Normally goods will be paid for before dispatch. There will be cases where this is not applicable, such as wholesale orders on account. It must be noted that until payment is received title of goods already shipped remains with Identity Papers.
8. Duties and Taxes
It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import duties and taxes not levied at the point of order, but applied outside the UK. These may be billed separately by your local import authority / customs.
9. Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction
All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising from such transactions are subject to the English legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
